Refunds and Returns
Barker and Ball has a no-fuss, no-quibbles returns policy.
At Barker and Ball, you can cancel an order within seven days for a full refund in accordance with European Consumer Law. If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Unless items are faulty, you return them to us at your own expense.
You may exchange unused and unopened items within 28 days for alternative goods.
Barker and Ball Total Satisfaction
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 28 days after purchase if the products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 28 days.
For health and hygiene reasons Barker and Ball cannot accept returns of shampoo and treats if they have been opened.
Returning Dog beds, dog clothing and other accessories
What happens if that Barker and Ball dog coat doesn't fit? Or that beautiful dog bed is not the shade of pink you thought it was? No problem!
We cannot exchange soiled or used items, please return the items not needed to us within seven days for alternative products or a refund.
Non-deliverable and unclaimed orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.
If a product is defective, please return it to Barker and Ball Returns Department. Enclose a full description of the fault and the product's original packaging for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.
We are happy to pay the cost of returning faulty items. Please take note that all returned items are checked and will be sent back to you if they are found to be in working order and/or are not defective.
Barker and Ball.com are required by European Consumer Protection Law to offer you your money back within 30 days of an order cancellation. We will do this quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product.
To return an item of shopping
Enclose a letter giving the reason for the return, seal up the package securely and send it to the address below. Please remember to clearly state contact information – your email, address and phone number.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning it.
